5 bar power clean/5 bar clean and jerk

Skill: Mobility
WOD “Smoking Gun” (7 rounds):
4 burpee deadlifts
3 burpee power cleans
2 burpee squat cleans
1 burpee squat clean and jerks
15:00 cap
