Aside from everything included in the Have A Strong Day Manifesto found on this site's Home Page, a "strong day" is not only about your physical well being. It includes a heart, mind, soul and strength approach to your life. You can't divide your life into compartments and expect to be successful all-around. They all require attention. You owe yourself that.
Ever felt stretched thin? Yeah. You have. And the dividing of your life into compartments is probably why.
For all you twitter-users out there, drop a #strongday hashtag (What the heck is a hashtag??!) into your tweets to let people know that yeah, you're on your way and you're not going to let trivial junk weigh you down. Life is too short.
Here's an example as provided by twitter.com/OriginalCindy:
"Heading to bed after an awesome run, fantastic dinner and friends. <- It's not just about your physical well being."
So, I guess it goes without saying, but it must be said... maybe just in a different format this time,
Have a .
Bravo out.
