OUR MENTAL STRENGTH COMES FROM CHOOSING WHERE TO FOCUS.
How do we see circumstances? Do we dwell on the issue or do we try to learn from it to move forward? Our mental strength and health comes from us processing the possibilities of the situation rather than dwelling on why the situation happened to begin with.
We were all mean to be given the best things this world has to offer us, but we won’t see them if we choose to focus on the negative. There’s a saying, “The more you focus on something, the more it becomes powerful.” so let’s choose to focus on the positive possibilities of our circumstances.
When we grab hold of our thoughts and mindfully choose to move to a better direction, that is when we become mentally stronger.
