We must embrace our emotions and not avoid them. We must learn to understand our emotions and not react to them. When negative emotions arise, we have to become aware of them, mindfully process, and choose the best path where to take them—this takes mental strength.
Our feelings of anxiety and depression are normal, but it our choice to heal and work through it.
Let’s choose to become mentally strong daily by choosing to not avoid our emotions.
